Richard Locke, a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer since 1984 with many industry awards for high sales achievement. Richard is focused on ensuring his clients get the best possible price in the shortest period of time.

Owner of 2 successful Real Estate businesses in Sydney before moving to Noosa and fulfilling a lifelong dream to live in a beautiful natural environment. Richard started Noosa Realty Service at the beginning of 2001 with the aim of providing the finest service possible and to ensure the interests of clients come before commissions.

Experienced in both commercial and residential sales, most of Richard's business now comes from referrals and existing clients. A resident of Noosaville since 1994 where he lives with his wife Christina and 2 beautiful girls, Richard loves the friendly community that makes Noosa so special.

Richard considers it an honour to help buyers and sellers with one of their most important decisions and is dedicated to providing the most honest and professional service possible.

Cheryl Smart, the licensee of the Tewantin office came to Noosa in 1974 and immediately purchased a beachfront property in Hastings Street which she operated with her husband until 1981, as a restaurant with beachfront apartments. Additionally she has invested in real estate from Peregian to Cooroy. She knows the area well and continues to see its potential both as a wonderful place in which to live and invest.

Cheryl is married with one daughter.

My career in real estate started in 1992 when I was recommended to an award winning Independent Group in Canberra. Over the following 5 years I had the opportunity to be involved in the listing and selling of established houses, new house and land packages, multi-level executive apartments and townhouse developments sold off the plan.

Craving a tropical climate, my family and I decided to move to Noosa in 1997. The beautiful environment and relaxed nature created a lifestyle we desired and a wonderful work place.

Ross Males, a licensed property consultant since 1999, has a sales background going back 36 years. A Noosa resident for 19 years married with 4 beautiful daughters and devoted to his wife Janette for 26 years. Originally from Melbourne he loves his ariel ping pong, a mad Carlton supporter and now his children also play for the local Noosa Tigers.

Paul enjoys working in a team environment, has a good sense of humour as well as a never say die attitude.

Paul has many years sales experience in the Noosa Real Estate market and is easy to get along with.

A committed family man, when Paul grows up he wants to look after the grand children, taste every brand of Whiskey and breed German Shepherd dogs.

Vanessa Bar'e has a strong passion for the industry she has chosen to build her career in over the past twelve years. Real Estate is a family interest with Vanessa's mother owning her own Real Estate business in Tin Can Bay. Vanessa commenced her career with a Real Estate Agency in Brisbane as the Sales Receptionist before moving in the Property Management field.
