At Noosa Realty Service we are committed to managing
your rental property with the utmost care and attention. We will give
you the individual attention you deserve and always act in your best interests.
To enable us to keep ahead of any potential problems, we guarantee to:
- Choose the tenant most suitable for your property, with regard to
their credentials, and previous rental history, with your final approval
- Continue to advertise your property in the local papers, in our two
offices, at Noosaville and Tewantin, and also on the internet, until
it is leased
- Take digital photographs of your property both before and during
tenancy, as a visual record
- Do regular drive-bys to enable us to be aware of any problems which
may need addressing
- Do an initial inspection in the first month of tenancy, and then
every three months during the tenancy.
- We will notify you of the result of every inspection, and any maintenance
required
- We will have the lines of communication open between the tenant,
ourselves and you, the owner, with regard to any maintenance requests,
or any other problems which need attending to
- We have a team of trustworthy trades people, with reasonable rates,
to call on in the event of repairs or maintenance
