Noosa Realty Service opened in 2001 and made the decision to be independent
of the major franchises and marketing groups and also to put the interests
of their clients before profits.
Our aim is always to act in the best interests of our clients and to
achieve the highest price in the marketplace. We will always give professional

The company was started by Richard Locke, a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer
since 1984 with many industry awards for high sales achievement. Richard's
focus is meeting his clients’ needs and ensuring the office continues
to improve the services we provide.
Cheryl Smart won the 2002 REIQ people’s choice award in the same year
Cheryl Smart joined Richard Locke in becoming a partner of the business.
The office is currently employing 10 sales agents and 4 administration
staff. We have a Property management division operating out of the Noosaville
office.
